Looking for program that tracks registry queries

Just wanted to know if there was any program that can see a programs query of registry key.
If that's not possible I just want to know people's recommendation for just a program to track registry changes and another to track any reading/writing to the hard drive.
Thought that if any program existed like this someone here would know. Thanks in advance.
