'Office Hours' - should we?

How would you guys feel if we setup some type of schedule on IRC with active members who would be willing to help / answer questions.
I'm sick of saying "hey send me an e-mail" or "hey next time i see you on irc..". Let's just get a common time to be on there.
Would you guys like that? I've already asked other members to see who would be willing to participate.
