Rohitab Batra is a virus writer who was born in India and attended St. Stephen's College and Kurukshetra University. He now lives in the US. He is the author of Virus/Win9x/Blackbat and Virus/DOS/Shadow. In addition to virus coding, he has had many other jobs involving computers.

Lord Yup , who also has gone by the name dis69, is a former virus coder affiliated with the 29A group. He was born in Poland in 1985. His first computer was an Amiga 600HD. This computer at some point became infected with the Bytebandit virus. This probably sparked his interest in viruses, but he did not particularly care for programming on the Amiga.

Bumblebee is a virus writer and a member of 29a. He is the author of Ayuda which is a Windows Help file virus from Madrid Spain.

Benny was a virus coder with the group 29A and was hired by Zoner Software (he worked as the main developer for Zoner Anti-Virus) in late 2004. His viruses and worms are all proof of concepts intended to show new techniques for file and computer infection. None of Benny's viruses or worms were ever released into the wild by him. His first virus was called Pascal, which he himself did not really like. His first serious virus was Eva, which creates new headers in PE files. In his time with 29A, he published several viruses and worms as well as engines and tutorials. One of his most famous viruses was Installer, which he coded with Darkman and was the first Windows 2000 virus, coming out two weeks before Windows 2000 was released. Another pioneering was Leviathan, the first multi-threading virus.

Spanska is a French programmer and virus coder associated with the 29A group. Spanska was fascinated with viruses from the time he heard of the Brain virus in 1986, though his first virus was made about 10 years later. He owned a TI99/4A and a Commodore 64, and did not have his own 386 computer until he pulled one out of the trash at work in 1996. Spanska rarely associated with VX groups, but did do some work with 29A.

Vecna is a virus writer and former member of 29A. He is known for creating the Babylonia Virus in 1999 at Brazil.
