Biography:
horizon is an American hacker who has been profiled by the Phrack Magazine. He is a member of CostCo. He has found quite a lot of bugs in the past and developed exploit code for them. For example, he has written a Bind 8.2 NXT exploit together with Plaguez of the ADM CreW.
