We are happy to announce that all of the votes have been tallied. We have publicly posted the results so that everybody can see how the choices were made. Thank you to everybody who participated. Kayin took first place, COSCstudent took second, and somehow cisc0ninja has taken third. Due to a high council member not being allowed to win in the tutorial contest, cisc0ninja will have to choose somebody to have his shirt sent to. A 2010 tutorial contest is in the works, but we are trying to figure out a way to get more entries and more technical entries than the past two years.
