DECAF or better tool

It seems that DECAF is gone for good. I really don't want to download the program from a torrent site for fear of it being loaded with spyware.
I need a tool that can clean the logs and cashed files of a windows 7 64bit PC on demand ( I wouldn't run the program all the time, just as I walk away from the computer to remove records of what websites I visited and anything else that may have been logged.) IS DECAF the best tool for my needs?
