Looking for a low cost web host

I have an idea for a website. I expect it to be low bandwith and need to find hosting for it. My available funds are limited as I still have expenses to pay for my upcoming wedding on 11/1. Many of the expenses were going to be paid by my mother but she unexpectedly passed away on 9/27 (no obit but I'll show you the death certif if you think I am lying)
