Onel de Guzman is a Filipino student from AMA who became a suspect for unleashing the "I Love You Virus" because of a thesis proposal he had submitted to his college which was rejected because it was unethical. Onel confessed that he may have accidentally spread the virus.

Short history for the I Love You Virus:
"On May 4 2000, an e-mail bearing the title ''I LOVE YOU'' began popping up in computers in Asia. When opened, it destroyed graphics and other files. The e-mail program, commonly called a virus or worm, which replicates by sending itself to all the other e-mail addresses in a computer's database. Within hours, the worm plagued through government offices in Europe and the United States which forced The Pentagon, CIA, the British Parliament, and most large corporations to completely shut down their mail systems."

Ochoa is allegedly a member of a hacking group called CabinCr3w which allegedly planned the attacks under the banner of Anonymous. He hacked The West Virginia Chiefs of Police website www.wvcop.com. He obtained the entire user database that contained usernames and passwords for 150 law enforcement officials. He also obtained the addresses, and phone numbers from them.

Matthew Telfer aka MLT is a cybersecurity researcher, former grey hat computer hacker and former member of TeaMp0isoN. MLT was arrested in May 2012 in relation to his activities within TeaMp0isoN, a computer-hacking group which claimed responsibility for many high-profile attacks, including website vandalism of the United Nations, Facebook, NATO, BlackBerry, T-Mobile USA and several other large sites in addition to high-profile denial-of-service attacks and leaks of confidential data. After his arrest, he reformed his actions and shifted his focus to activities as a white hat cybersecurity specialist. He was the founder of now-defunct Project Insecurity LTD.

Throughout his hacking career he has worked on many different projects including quite a few from Owasp. He started hacking when he was 13 years old and worked as a black hat hacker for many years through the underground to support his many habits. After getting busted by the secret service for cyber crimes, he turned to network security. He owns, manages, and deploys teams of penetration testers for Ghost Security now. Throughout his black hat career he created many different trojans and at his turning point helped mangle different parts of the ghostnet created by the chinese.

Mr Cheese is the founder and owner of the poular web hacking site based out of the uk. The site hellbound hackers has been around since 2004 and has an ever growing population. In 2006 he had a run in with the secret service and the site was in jeopardy of being taken down. There is very little known about him other that he started hacking when he was 15 years old, and is now 22.

A British magician and inventor, Maskelyne's act of wrecking the public demo of Marconi's wireless telegraph has many considering him to be the world's first hacker. Four days after this, the magician would reveal himself as being the hacker and doing it for the public good. However, another reason for this may have been that Maskelyne may have done this as he had sent wireless messages between a ground station and a balloon ten miles away in 1900, but could not further develop his implementation of wireless telegraphy due to Marconi's broad patents.
