I've come to find out that Tor+Vidalia+Privoxy bundle for Windows doesn't really work for much other than Firefox. Given the fact you're browsing the Site, chances are you need more than *just* HTTP over TOR.

While I don't recommend Windows as a Pentest Platform, there are some fantastic tools such as Oxid's Cain and Able that are Windows Only. There are cases where apps are windows only, and in these cases you need to TOR your traffic forcibly.

I can not guarantee anything will work for you, but it did for me, here's how I did it.

Prereq's

1 Windows Box (tested using XP sp3)
Internet Connection
Time to test and verify traffic

Does anybody know how to or have software for reseting the bios passwords for dell s/t ending in 595b.. I cannot find anything to do the 595b just the older latitudes.... I love your dedication to free distribution and helping us less mortals..

Hi Everyone

I dont know if I can post this here or not, but hopefully i will get some answers.

This might be silly, but dont know who else to ask.

I think u all know facebook, and Zynga, and Texas Holdem.

So the question is the following, is there possibility to get into someones account on facebook.

I know it is not etical, but the reason is following, i have been hacked several times, and i played poker for long time. Smile

Zynga didnt do anything about it, and i am just pissed off.

So hoping to get responce from any member regarding this.

reao: Here's some quick tips that will get you up and running damn quick. Planky's on a good thing, Single User Mode is the way to do it (screw carrying around physical media). When you're in single user mode, you already have admin access.

Intranet Hacking Issue

Ok here's what i'm trying to do first, then i'll tell you whats going on.

So here's my network, I have a laptop (mine) and a desktop (roommates), connected to a Linksys Wireless Router, and connected to that is our Cable modem. Thats it. My linksys is set up so its wireless connection is encrypted, and I have mac filtering turned on to permit only the Mac addresses I allow on the list. I have on my system (laptop) Eye digital security package, called Blink installed, and my roommate simply has AVG.
Thats it, thats my entire network.

Free Information on a College Campus (Could use a little help)

Hello, so I am going back to school soon and will be again stuck on the University's Network for internet access. They require a log-in to use their network. They also have a strict policy about downloading any kind of copyrighted material. (taking away internet privileges and such) I was wondering if anyone had any ideas of how I could hide my identity while I was one the network. Or if anyone has an idea on how to log in without a username. I have heard that it is possible to "bounce" your ip-address and therefore become harder to pinpoint.

I found in my room a not too old surfboard cable modem. and i've heard that you can go on youtube and soder yourself the modem and some how (i'm making it seem easier then it is im sure) make the modem anonymous so i can use it and have unseen networks only and have an online network at my house. RaT had a Speach about it and i'd like to find it, and like to know how to do it. I'll get my specs for my cable modem so everyone knows what i'm using.

New Spender Linux Kernel Exploit On The Horizon

Looks like spender from grsecurity is back to exploiting the Linux kernel for the lulz. We don't know the details of this bug, but he has posted a video on youtube which shows that the exploit actually plays a video in mplayer during the hack. And you thought cheddar bay was fancy...
